Homeschool Enrichment Class Leader

Teach weekly classes like science, art, music, or writing to homeschool families.

• How it makes money: Per student, per class
• Estimated startup cost: $100-1,000
• Estimated time to set up: 2-6 weeks

Many homeschool families want their kids to learn alongside other children in classes they cannot easily teach at home. You can lead a weekly class in science, art, music, writing, history, or life skills. Start with a small group, find a space such as a church room or community building, and plan a short course of six to ten weeks. Parents will want a clear plan, a fair price, and a safe, organized room. If you work with children, ask about background checks and keep another adult nearby. Rules for homeschool groups and for using a building vary by state and by location, so check yours.
